The cap was made using a profile cutting techinque in cnc to cut a slice pices and carving the rest to mold and sucesive thermoforming process.

This struture was designed special to grupo frisco. Is a protection for the detachment of rock and landslide inside the mines to be adapted to a Dodge Ram 4000 truck.

The finally work after the postprocess sofware was machining in CNC to develope the texture panels. The program was made with grasshopper and rhino and machining in MadCam. Each panel have a 45 minutes of machining.
FESPA is a printing global fair and the new presentation of 3D machinery programming in CNC was the spectacular presentation to the audience. The programation and toolpaths design generation for 4th axis was made by Yarvick.
